The holidays are here and it’s a good time of year! Thanksgiving has just passed, so before you know it, it will be Christmas too. It is my absolute favorite time of year especially now that I have teenagers. I remember how magical it was to me as a child, and I love so much to be able to see that in my little ones as well. I love getting the Christmas tree inside plus decorating it plus drinking massive amounts of delicious eggnog! It is so wonderful. However, it is important to be careful, especially with a Christmas tree, during the holidays. Christmas trees are a big fire hazard. A lot of people don’t know! It is important to keep the tree away from your Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C vents! If your tree is too close to, or touching, your heating proposal at all, it could go up in flames and may put a damper on your holiday season. Especially if you’ve got little ones running around your house, you never know what could happen! My family had a space heating system in our main room for a little while, however since it could roll around my husband and I figured it was best to take it out on the off opportunity that it ever got pushed too close to the tree! Now we actually have radiant heated floors, which is good for us temperature-wise plus also it’s not a fire hazard around the Christmas tree! As long as you’ve taken the precautions and are super careful, you shouldn’t have any problems at all!
